PROGRAMME FOR 2010 Three-Day Weekend Courses Suitable for adults over 16 Oil Painting, Colour and Composition Printmaking – mono/screen and collograph Landscape Drawing to Painting Mixed Media Drawing, Painting and Collage We like to keep the weekend courses to a small number so rarely exceed six participants. We suggest you arrive on the Thursday evening as studio sessions start at 10.30 on the Friday and continue until 4.30pm for the following Saturday and Sunday. We are happy for you to continue working in the studio until 8.00pm untutored if you desire. A delicious two-course lunch is included every day on the three day weekend courses as well as a glass of wine, tea & coffee. We are also very happy to extend the weekend to a full week option and make the studio available for you to work in but with no formal tuition with a minimal daily fee of £25.00 per day should this suit you but would ask you organise your own lunch on those days. Frogmore House has a beautiful new apartment providing superb self-catering accommodation for 4/5, two bedrooms and a bathroom and large sitting room with wood burning stove and a small garden area, ideal for a group of friends. We also have bed and breakfast accommodation in the main house. Workshops and Masterclasses Life drawing session are organised throughout the year, usually untutored and on a one day basis 10.30 – 4.30 bring your own lunch tea, coffee provided. £30.00 per day, payable in advance. Private one to one sessions can be arranged with Carol, half and whole days. Please contact us for more details. The studio provided easels and drawing boards and there is always a variety of papers available for purchase. Weekend courses require a non-returnable deposit of £75.00 with the balance payable on the week prior to the course. Life drawing is £30.00 per day payable in advance. One to one art tuition sessions £40.00 for a half day and £80.00 for a full day. Registration for Courses To guarantee a great deal of one to one tuition and plenty of space to work in, student numbers rarely exceed 6. It is therefore essential to book for your course. Please send a deposit of £75.00 made payable to Carol O’Toole to secure your place on a course or workshop. The remainder of the fee is requested for payment one week before the course starts.
